Disabled team hitstop for strikes (Experimental) i think this is an awful experimental change because currently there are a lot of new players and TK in frontline/invasion is veyr common as most new players only swing and this would make it even worse, so lets hope I'm wrong or that you guys would change this next patch or patch fix

Footsteps are still nonexistent. And horse audio is still a mix between 100m away and vaguely 30m away, there's no audio level difference between a horse 30m from you and 10m from you.

Good but

  • The population is decreasing more and more. I don’t think this content will hold us for another 5-6 months until a next
    update. It is not with 2 more maps that we will stay on Mordhau for 4 months.
  • Some map still have bugs. (Ex: Contraband: go through the wall with spears to get out of the map, Crossroad: Fly over
    the central tree and put a balista on it)
  • I think you should review your horde mode and especially the BR mode. There is something to do.
  • Stop bear traps from touching allies. It will eliminate a large toxic part.
  • Create a vote kik (just a key like the "5" for example) without spam.
  • Create EVENT for gold and xp (Double XP)
  • Create more realistic horses. (not a mastodonte)
  • Anothers awesome games in coming.

SDK will allow for TO style modes and much much more

Idk, losing over 75% of your players in the span of a month. Losing over 90% since game release. Peek player count is dropping by the hundreds every day. If the game isn't dead yet, it's certainly getting there.

In regards to everything covered in this post: PLEASE do not become Blizzard.

You do not need to coddle your users. You do not need to police their language. You have the option to ignore in-game and that's all we need. You give us the tools to avoid what we don't want to see and then you dust your hands off and get back to doing real work, like creating new content and solutions to things that are ACTUALLY a problem in the game like intentionally killing and blocking your own team. Some angry child repeating "the n word" is NOT a real problem.

In regards to the other topic regarding gender and race: You do not need "diversity". You do not need to bow to some screaming socialist Liberal Arts majors. You DO need to stay true to your vision. You DO need to either ignore these people outright or stand up for yourselves. If you want to add race and gender in an authentic way, you can not allow your users to decide what race and gender they will be. If you think the toxicity is bad now, wait until you give players the ability to make themselves as dark skinned as possible and see what happens. If you want to add women, that's fine, as long as you restrict it to only be available when the Peasant perk is selected. There were not copious amounts of women of African descent running around in expensive armor in the middle ages, but there will be if you add these options into the game.

I, for one, am sick of seeing the setting and immersion of entertainment media utterly ruined by "inclusion" and "diversity". It's completely ridiculous. It is patently political and you are explicitly dividing your current and potential user base if you engage in catering to one side of a political issue. You are a video game development studio, you are artists, you are creators, and you should NOT be political campaigners.

I'm sure you're aware that you have a very direct competitor to Mordhau coming out in the near future. I, for one, will jump ship in a heartbeat if you start catering to these squealing toddlers. As I said before, there are REAL problems for you to address in your game. The subjects of this desperate click-bait hit piece are not any of them.

  • Dentro del juego apretá Alt + Enter para cambiar entre Full Screen y Windowed y quizas puedas entrar a Settings.

  • Inicio > Ejecutar > %LocalAppData%\Mordhau\Saved\Config\WindowsClient\
    Abri el GameUserSettings.ini con Notepad o algo por el estilo.

Buscá estas 2 líneas:

ResolutionSizeX=1920
ResolutionSizeY=1080

Y cambia los valores a la resolución de tu monitor. Guarda el archivo, corré el juego de nuevo y fijate que pasa.

Sino podés repetir esos pasos, poner una resolución más chica (por ej 1280x720) y apretar Alt+Enter para cambiar a modo ventana, y teniendo una resolución mas chica, quizas se vea todo bien.

This only happens with this game. No other games have this problem. This is not a problem with my PC. Every single time i try to get into a game, it will take a very long time to load and will tell me that the server is full, and put me back to the main menu. First of all why would the matchmaker put me into a full server. And why does this game take so long to load? I very rarely manage to get into a game, and once the game ends, there's like an 80% chance that it will fail to change the map. I have tried reinstalling, verifying integrity of game cache, but it fixed nothing. It is unplayable for me.

Patch #04 Changelog: 08/05/2019

With this patch, we are rolling out the gold compensation for our rocky launch. It comes in the form of 10K gold, and you can choose to accept or decline it when you launch the game. We have no way to know who was affected, so it is extended to all current players. This is a one time thing. If you decline it, it's gone. You will be able to claim this compensation until (including) Sunday UTC.

Networking

  • Matchmaking improvements
  • Joining a server will now reserve a slot in advance, fixing the issue of being booted after loading.
    Server owners will have to make sure that the beacon port (15000) is reachable; it can be overridden on the command line with BeaconPort=<port>

Maps & Gamemodes

  • Fixed players being able to get out of bounds on Mountain Peak
  • Fixed some icicles not dropping on Mountain Peak
  • Weapons/projectiles no longer collide with bounds on certain maps

It's been one hell of a ride thus far, and it's only been 7 days. None of us would've expected this reception in our wildest dreams.
As of today MORDHAU has sold just shy of 500.000 copies and we have reached a peak of 60.000 concurrent players yesterday. These are just mindblowing numbers to us, and we still haven't fully realized that MORDHAU is currently among the top played games on Steam.

Unfortunately the launch wasn't as smooth as we had hoped. Server performance was abysmal and reward drops such as Gold and XP, as well as unlocks were not functioning properly. We are still in the process of seting up new servers in regions that need them and as a result the Matchmaking can still be spotty. There's also some other Matchmaking related bugs that prevent parties from joining the same game, or BR lobbies to populate very slowly, but we're on top of that. All things considered, the majority of launch issues have been resolved. As for compensation of the lost Gold and XP. We have not forgotten about it and will be shipping it via the next patch.

Right now we are addressing some of the more frequent and critical issues, like the "Ghost Bug" among others, as well as some map exploits. These past few days had been very hectic for us, but things are starting to somewhat get back in order.

Looking ahead for future updates, we've got a couple new maps in mid-production: Castello and Feitoria. Here's a few impressions on the latter.

On top of that we will start looking into Ranked/Competitive modes, starting with duels. However we cannot give an exact timeframe on when you can expect these updates to be rolled out yet. We are terrible when it comes to estimating things, I'm sure our alpha players can attest to that.

Additionally we will keep adding new armor pieces and weapon skins here and there, as well as some new character customization options.
Goals further down the line would be to release Modding Tools, as a lot of you seem to be very eager to create some custom content.

We've got lots of ideas for improvements to the maps and gamemodes. There's also been some amazing feedback and suggestions coming from you guys. When it comes to balancing and tweaking of mechanics, we are pretty happy with how things are looking right now, but we will start tweaking some things soon.

We've identified an issue causing the huge lag spikes on our official servers and are restarting them one-by-one to apply the fix. We're going to leave some servers as 48p, while others will be upgraded to 64p. Our next steps will be to increase the pool of official servers, and start doing improvements to the matchmaker.
