Make riposte and chamber clash the incoming attacks during windup and release. Refine it so that it isnt protecting your whole body. Parry one attack and bat another attack away with riposte while hitting a target, epic.

This would differ from regular clashes you know

Not saying he is the only one. But the trend im describing is so widespread, in every social interaction, every media outlet. People dont even realise that they are doing it, its considered normal. Fuck all that, its toxic and controlling. Distracting us from the real problems and making us focus on decoy enemies that probably want to make things better in the same way you do

No but in all seriousness there's no reason why it couldn't parry. Smaller parrybox sure, but not even being able to parry is a little odd.

Honestly what I find weirder than being able to parry a maul with a dagger is the fact that you can move the maul around quick enough, in facehug distance, to parry someone shanking you with dagger.

There's a lot of unrealistic things in this game that need to stay for gameplay. Suspension of disbelief

Moving the handle around quickly wouldnt be very hard as long as you pivot, but yeah i guess parry with dagger should stay but be hard and drain alot of stamina

What if there was a way to parry with a longer range clash type of thing, like a strike that does not do damage and only deflects attacks and instantly makes it possible for both to attack again, i think it could be an intuitive way to deal with weird drags and spice up the back and forth thing. Chambers do this in a way but a third alternative witch brings clashes into the light. Something like this might be huge and not too time consuming to implement. Maybe not all weapons should have this feature. Thoughts?

Here comes the victim again amd he cant realize that the devs arent allowed to generate more keys. So the few ones they personally have, could be given to their own friends, or someone who will be important to the success of the game. You definetly arent important, you camt even grasp this situation. How could you testing the game contribute in any way except for annoying everyone who talks to you? Weak minded op, cant even feel sorry for you anymore. Victim role is the most pathetic role. You are not important to anyone. Not even as a customer, more likely you will whine in game and turn off multiple new players to this community. I hope you get your ip banned asap.

I can agree with you, i can stand high fovs but any greater fov on mordhau atm will make the game too ugly. And i will feel compelled to cap it to push my potential up a notch. Even if that would look like shit.
And the fact that a limited fov makes it possible to hit people without them seeing it is a good thing i.e if they are trying over-the-top drags.

You seemed like a genuine troll or alterativly a salty kid up untill your last comment, nice turn around.
I know that the devs are super perfectionists and very passionate about this project, its very much possible that they underestimate needed server capacity if the game is a grand success. I dont feel like this kind of game will be appealing to the broad masses so i think it would be stupid by them to assume they need a huge amount of capacity and waste money on that.
I dont think steam allows pre-orders from devs that they dont have a longer history with or something like that, so that cant be used as an indicator.
But i think its fine to have some hiccups at launch as long as they inform the players why when it happens
