Look at the difference between the gold trim on the gloves and the regular metal gold on the gloves. Shouldn't it be the same color?

If you don't want to be 1-shot then just wear more armor. It definitely isn't always 1-shot unless you are wear very little armor.

I'm in washington. 80-90 ping sucks so much compared to the 40-60 on West coast servers. Makes me blame every missed parry on my ping. Usually only one Deathmatch server on the west coast with enough people.

This is pretty common for games that use both first and third person. Fallout 4 also has this issue. Its basically impossible for the actual aim of your character to line up with where the cross hair is in third in relation to your character at that distance. If you were to step back about 10 feet more you would hit the target dead on. For it to be dead on aim in third the cross hair would have to move away from the center of the screen as you get closer to an object depending on your angle to it. And that seems stupid to implement in a game based in first person melee combat.

Its about the same but with mordhaus better combat. The animations are a bit fucky as well as the weird "fighting Irish" idle for your fists but it still works fine.

Copied from one of the many other posts on exactly this. "This will basically take away the incentive to drag at all. You'll have to focus on just striking at the middle of the release of the swing every time to do consistent full damage which will get parried every single time. If people don't like dragging they shouldn't play this game. They should go play skyrim with its hitscan swings. Its an essential part of this game. The only people who complain about dragging are people who haven't put any reasonable amount of time into these kind of games. Why should they get any say in how a game they haven't played should be?"

On this note, where are my shield feints? Why can't I do an improved feint that has a grunt with no stamina cost with a shield?!?? And they say mordhau is better than chivalry...

Historically giant hammers and double bladed battle axes didn't really exist. Though there is already a double bladed axe in the game they just took out the specific head skin for a pickup weapon in one of the updates.

I agree that the poleaxe seems pretty hard to parry. Something about its super slow windup but terribly fast release. Make sure your playing on the lowest possible ping you can. I can feel a HUGE difference between 60 and 90 ping. It really only leaves me with like one server in West NA.

Its like the difference between planting your feet and swinging at a guy in front of you or to a different guy to the side of you. Same amount of power but they will land at different times.

Especially in team fights, when a chamber happen accidentally it's hard to tell exactly what's going on for both players involved in the chamber, resulting in a chamber to panic parry more often that you would think.

Goddamn, I have feinted my successful chamber to a panic parry so many times. Every time it happens I wanna die. I'm pretty sure its a matter of gitting gud tho, like learning not to panic parry to begin with.
