It's not just these sky stabs, sometimes you can see a weapon pass in front of you (a slash) and it still hits. It sucks when you're relying on footwork a lot.

Not sure if this is a bug, but last night I witnessed several people changing their armour while alive. They went from light to full armour before my eyes. Didn't see this before last night and haven't seen it since, but thought I would mention.

Yeah I backpedal too, works fine on almost every other weapon, doesn't seem to help with Battle Axe though. I don't know, it just feels like I have 1 frame after riposte to defend myself.

When facing Battle axe I still feel like I die to riposte accel every time unless I panic parry right away. As a fellow customisation junkie, I agree. I would add as a minor grievance that the face, when zoomed out, still looks like the basic face a lot of the time, even if you change every changeable feature. This is partly due to the impeccable symmetry that can't be gotten away from (as you mentioned). At the same time I can see why it has to be symmetrical, because people would abuse it to make hideous and unrealistic looking faces that would take away from the game for some players.

Here's hoping the devs give us a reasonable compromise between asymmetrical customisation and believable faces.

Not specific to this version of the alpha but I recently started playing without HUD and realised some audio clues for being low on stam would be nice. Like the panting sound in chivalry.

Didn't think it was worth it's own topic so I'm posting it here.

Is it me or do combos and chambers look and feel weird now? The game feels overall less responsive to me. Loving the new customisation items though.

Throwing weapons flinching is not a problem in my opinion. I've thrown my weapon to stop a teammate getting 2v1'd many times and it's the most satisfying thing ever. Flinch the one that's going to hit him and buy time to come to his aid. It's a cool tool. Maybe I'll change my opinion when archery is added and projectiles are flying all over the place.

Also teammates flinching is very annoying, but I don't think it should be removed as it would be very counter-intuitive for the person you're fighting. He's expecting a flinch but you just get to attack. It would look stupid as well.

I agree pretty much 100% with everything else.

I don't think shield should simply be a "buff my one hander" item. The focus imo should be on using it as a utility for fighting multiple opponents. How you would go about achieving that though, I have no idea.

I'm sorry but for people with ordinary reflexes, not 'I have 3000 hours in chivalry and play melee games competitively'-reflexes, chambers are already hard af to pull off.

Since yesterday the game is covered in green flickering bars/artefacts that change depending on where i set my frame rate limit. Switching from full screen to borderless window seems to have fixed it. Not sure what happened here, other games are still fine on full screen. Might be on my end but thought I'd report it anyway.

Not really, I tried instaparrying all the time in order to test, and they still miss.

I can block dagger accels more consistently than some of the big weapons. Shouldn't be a thing imo.
