Also, sometimes they do some giveaways on discord, but they are rare.

If someone approaches you selling a key, be sure to do some research on him. There are some scammers around.

The game is really awesome and it deserves to be polished 100% before its release. Good things take time.
People won't mind. I'm sure that when they'll see the result they'll immediately forget any delays.
Patch 17 is incredible. I believe it raised a lot of hype for the game and it's not even advertised yet.

But in order to shoot him down with a bow you need to hit him a couple of times or more if he is armored.
The ballista can be used by any loadout and one-shots the rider or the horse.
Plus, it feels so great seeing the ragdolls flying from the powerful impact.

I don't think Steam would have a problem with it. When the beta boys got in, it was Triternion's decision and Steam didn't bother.
Maybe devs have something in mind for later, who knows. When Frontline is out we'll definitely need full servers.

It would be great if they let the conscripts in. They backed the game on kickstarter so it's fair for them to play it a bit earlier than the rest. They are a small amount of people anyway, so not a big deal and the playerbase would be bigger which is a nice thing.

Triternion must do what's best for the game and take all the time they need to finish it.
They don't owe anything to these salty boys. If you didn't back the game on kickstarter you should blame yourself, not the devs.
Guys crying for an early release/access will be the first ones to criticise it for being unpolished.
If you didn't know about Mordhau until recently you're lucky. You will not have to wait for long.

What do u mean no weapon?

I think he means that when you parry with a weapon (no shield) you don't have to actually touch the attacking weapon to parry it. The weapons don't have to collide for the parry to be successful.

They can be countered if you know how...
But you didn't say how. The only thing you said is that you can outstam them. We know that already, but the shield user has a huge advantage. Because he doesn't have to read anything, but you on the other hand have to read every feint, drag or accel he throws at you with his fast, spammy, little weapon.
How can you attack continously? You can't. He will repost after your every attack.
You say they are ez. How do you fight them?

One thing I'd like to suggest for the crossbow is to be able to toggle aim with right-click.
This more traditional fps approach would suit it better imo.
It's kind of weird to shoot releasing the left-mouse-button instead of pressing it because crossbow has a trigger mechanism. With the bows it's different because you pull the string and let go, so it's fine as it is.

I agree. Shields should boost defence and not offence.
By providing immunity to feints and drags, they bypass the need for reading which is an essential and difficult to build skill that all non-shield users must learn. This alone gives the shield a great advantage.

I thing your nerf suggestions are on the right direction.
Also maybe the stun kick for shields should be considered eventually.

Someone suggested that the shield should consume stamina while held. I don't think it's a good idea. One of shield's uses is to counter archery. How will you approach an archer from afar if your stamina is depleted on the way?
