I suggested removing customisation restrictions during Halloween, allowing us to make our own abominations.

I don't think we'll see many special events during these early stages of the game, but we could be surprised.

There will not be hit trades in Mordhau. Actually, the lack of these is one of the fundamental rules of the game. Trading hits leads to a gamble fest where inconsistency rules.

Please use the search function before creating a thread. I believe Mr. ANALGRINDER has made it quite easy to find some threads when you do.

The meta is very feint-centric. Riposte feints were too powerful for how easy they were to pull off. Besides, it devalued chamber feinting in the process, which is way harder to pull off while often being easier to see coming for the defender (because of angle and animation).

I also like that fights can now have quick exchanges of attacks without it being broken up by riposte feints.

Now, if you want to perform a powerful attack like this, you'll have to take the risk and get into chambering territory.

As for Eastern Invasion, would it suffice if I named my bot Babaji?

This has been your fourth topic asking the exact same question. I'm going to ask you to stop. Your question has been answered by a developer and a lot of forum members.

Chamber with that thing and bask in amazement when you chop him up at the speed of light.

The game can both be slow and very fast, depending on the skill of the players in question. I would like to see more clashes, because those look and feel absolutely amazing. I didn't have a problem with perpetuating the clashing exchanges, though. It's probably a matter of getting used to it.

Contact moderators for these issues instead of creating a whole new topic next time.

I'll check out the reason for your ban and will message you when I know.

If keys become available in any form, it will be announced officially. Right now the only way is to buy one from another user.

Copying my post on the other thread:

So, first off, the Giru thing. Even though I personally haven't had bad encounters with him, I believe you have your reasons for disliking him. However, I find it absolutely ludicrous that people are reprimanding Triternion for having him - and old friend with experience in this genre - help root out issues that the game needs to see fixed. Personal squabbles between people carry no weight in game development.

Secondly, I think some people feel like the pre-alpha testers got the game the right date, and for them it got delayed; when in fact the reason for their decision is to have the alpha as solid as possible before the 14th. Another, more simple reason, is that everyone just wants to play the damn game, and seeing a handful of community members play it leaves a sour taste in the mouth, which is understandable. I want to stress that what we're doing is not just playing the game; we test specific mechanics and their implications for hours on end to find holes and gameplay issues.

I don't think what Crushed was trying to do was digging up shit on DerFurst, but react to his statement that Triternion, by asking Giru to help test the game, is responsible for whatever negative interactions you've had with him in the past. There is no symbolic message unless you make it yourself. The second part of Crushed's post does seem to get more personal towards DerFurst. You could say that he shouldn't take this tone that as a developer, but it's also just another opinion fueled by a tense and sensitive talking-point. Crushed is receiving constant shit from people that misunderstand Triternion's decisions and he likely felt the need to vent. This does not mean I agree with what he said, but I can see why he said it.

Let's remember why we're here in the first place; to wait for this game that we want to play together. Things have been tense, but it's up to everyone to calm the hell down. We're so close now - it would be a shame to ruin this community before it can even play the game at all.
