I noticed some people have trouble telling if a horse is friend or for because they can't see their colors. This could be fixed by having mechanic that instantly changes the horse dress color if not tattoo the horse or even make the rider carry a team flat on their back (albeit this last one is a bit much).

I remember Hadeus making a complaining how the game is too generic and not enough of the lore is fleshed out.
And if I recall correctly there was a thread detailing what little there is in the lore and that there's a third yellow faction that we know deduce exist because of a singular flag that I think used to be in the Grad map.
Because the tutorial not only fails to explain all the games mechanics (like vaulting) and you end in right where a battle is supposed to begin, it opens up a wonderful opportunity.
So what I had in mind is that you are initially part of the third Yellow flag faction and you resume the tutorial in a dungeon cell in grad as a POW. They besiege you and you must then pick a side. This "extended tutorial" would teach the remainder mechanics and would expand on the lore.

Regarding bots:
Idk if this will be fixed by release, but the hordemode bots when blocking a hit at depleted stamina they just bend their spines like spastics instead of getting disarmed (which they shouldnt) or ragdolling to the ground as would happen to a player blocking with fists:

So please make them ragdoll.

Speaking of disarms, it's a really nice touch that now bots will cower in fear when they are, what most certainly isnt is when as soon as it stops cowering and after it starts fighting you again it will randomly start cowering again during the fist fight.

Lastly for whatever reason the bots dont recognize the spiked walls in Frontline-Camp as walls, and will also try striking foes down from an altitude that simply doesnt allow it:

Weapons such as:
The Training sword
Waraxe
Executioners sword
Broken rusted sword (barring broken longsword)
Sickle (1hand scythe)
Other peasant weapons not worth mentioning

None of these possess an alt mode.
The training sword makes more sense as it's look, size and speed is comparable to that of a longsword and so it's only natural it gets mordhau grip as the alt.
Since the devs took the liberty of granting the maul a throw as an alt I dont see why the same cant be done about executioner and waraxe.
Sickle and 1hand brokwn swords should be thrown.
Peasant weapons should have shortened grip if any alt at all.

I never really liked hyper armor but now that it's gone the game really feels alot worse now. I honestly dont see the purpose of trades, feinting is supposed to be a key mechanic of the game and you're adding another mechanic that deprives you of it? They only make 1vX more ridiculous and difficult regardless of your skill.
Same goes for unflinchables, except they're actually worse as they encourage gambling which goes against what the devs said wanted for the game.
I'm not sure how many others agree on this but chambers feel like little more than glorified ripostes, there's virtually no difference in terms of stamina preservation or attack speed, this on top of being locked to the direction it deflected makes it easy to read. And they dont seem to trigger consistently when the enemy isnt facing you directly however this could be fixed by changing the chamber trigger box from a 'cylinder' (which is roughly what I've interpreted it to be now) to a cone. They're unrewarding, not just from the huge chamber window but also it's underwhelming advantage.

All those images show players abusing a bug that... allows weapons to float infront of you...? I dunno, its weird, but if you look closely at a few of the images they usually have mauls some random place close to them.

There's a specific order of things you do to achieve it, but you seem to be able to hit people at a fuckin' large distance.

There are also 2 images of some dude flying. Every time I have seen someone do that they've had pavise shields, so they may be involved.

At first I thought they were just mods of a private server but they're abusing this on a public one.

I will have to agree with you that traps should be more effective against horse, perhaps not kill them right away, not unless they're light horses at full speed but should at least halt them and ragdoll the players off the horse. Perhaps even ragdoll the horse itself when it doesnt kill it.

Non lance couched weaponds should deal less damage as their tips arent designed to be used like that.
A couched billhook or a bardiche should deal less than a couched spear or halberd, etc.
