I hope it wont be capped at 62 like in chivalry. It was such a big difference from 62 to 120 and i didnt get why we had to do all that extra stuff to "unlock" it. I feel like if players can just set there FPS to however much there computer can handle they would have a better experience.

Hey i know this was already confirmed a while ago on how to deal with assholes who TK on purpose, but check this. Also I wanna just say this for shits and giggles doesnt matter to me if the idea goes through or not just kinda thought it would be funny.

So lets say a player goes in and makes a few mistakes TKing a teammate. All good, you let him slide with a few extra respawn seconds. Butttt.. If he/she draws the line like lets say 4-5 team kills in a row or whatever. The player is then placed in a GUILLOTINE right behind the teams spawn point, the team that the player is on of course. Note he is not able to be targeted or damaged by the opposite team or his team as well. Then the player would be on the guillotine for maybe 20-25 seconds whatever the creators wants it to be. The ideas/details after that can go on forever. Couple thoughts would be once the character is placed on the guillotine for the time being, he has the decision to go back in the battlefield and wont get his head chopped off or giving him the option to leave to let him know what he has done. Even if he chooses to go back he will have to go through the frustration of the super extended respawn time. BUT he TEAM KILLS not TEAM DAMAGE maybe 1 or 2 more times he is put on the GUILLOTINE once more and GETs HIS HEAD CHOPPED OFF. What happens after that you ask? HES KICKED FROM THE GAME ONCE HIS HEAD IS ON THE FLOOR HAHAHAHAHA.

Wouldnt it be funny seeing a player on the guillotine and as you respawn and make your way to the battlefield, on the way there you can laugh at the player or teabag him or even just kick him for a lil bit and he sits there has to take it LOL. Hes technically on all fours so his ass would be sticking out like lil biiitch lmao jk. But just a thought! Also when hes there the first time theres a voice actor or whatever telling him some medieval words idk. "You traitorous dog, what are your last words" then he has the decsion of saying something. He could also be put somewhere on the map where EVERYONE can see him but cant be attacked so its even more embarrassing.. anyways going on about this too much. Just for shits and giggles like i said! THANKS.

I know so far you wont be able to go to 3rd person, which is fine by me because i dont anyway in CMW. Looking at recent game play videos so far, I feel like the 1st person view is a little too close in my opinion. If that is the default view and wont be able to change it, can it be pushed back just a littleeee bit? I would like to see more of my hands/armor and be able to admire the look of my custom made weapon when idling.

If you are already able to, then please don't let players be able to go too far out and being able to see the inside of the armor like in CMV. I would hate to see that players found it better to play at a ridiculously high FOV just to be better at the game. I wouldn't want to sacrifice the beauty of the game to heighten my skills having to deal with the absurd view of my armor. It really looked stupid but since I wanted to improve as a player it made me have to deal with it. Definitely was a down side even tho i loved the game regardless. Embarrassing to show friends and there all like what the heck is wrong with your armor.

So we all know that feeling in Chiv when you get TEAM KILLED by a new player or someone who simply forgot they were on the opposite team. Slowing you down, parrying each and every attack not wanting to hit them back because of the added respawn time. Then causing the other player to rage then choosing to kick the player or killing them. Instead, have a small message or icon appear on the bottom of the screen letting the player know that it is a team mate he is attacking. I understand in the heat of battle you may hit your own team mates once in a while. So Im thinking it would only appear when the player is continuously attacking a team mate. Maybe after 3 hits within a couple of seconds. Just an idea to help newer players that come in and have no idea whats going on. It could also just be mentioned in the training mode so they know from the get go.

Hopefully the new game mode you guys are talking about is a good replacement over TO. I just liked how there was almost a small story behind each map. The best objectives were the ones that you have to protect the kings or having to rescue them. Also the good vs. evil. Feybrid vs. Malric. The player with the most kills/points on the defending side gets promoted and either has to stay alive or escape. I understand that Mordau is a huge jump from Chiv and is going to be a overall better game in general, but there are some small objectives/game modes that we love about chiv and would hope to still see (IMO) in the new game.

Only stating this because I dont believe it being stated in the game modes forum. Please please please dont leave out Team Objective. Mistake me if I didnt notice a forum about one. It wouldnt be the same playing a medieval game without one. If you think about it most of the active servers in Chivalry were mainly TO. Hell, most of my hours in chiv were spent in TO. I always got a rush and thrill war crying down the middle of the map with my team mates trying to win. Seeing all of the environmental changes during each objective made it so much fun. It would make Mordhau a REAL medieval game. I wouldnt even mind the same exact ones from chiv because thats all i really played. Plus, it would probably get boring playing TDM or DM over and over again. GO TEAM OBJECTIVE!
