I've always seen Jax as part of Triterion even when he wasn't. I suppose it just falls natural to me due to his humble personality and passion for the game. It's well deserved, and a great choice by the devs. Congratulations Jax!

I noticed that the pick up weapons doesn't spawn when there's a new round in team matches, neither have i've seen them respawn in FFA, or it's an extremely low spawn timer.

While that is true, it is still too early to tell how Mordhau will develop until it's final release. By the looks of it, they are patching the game very frequently and it is based on our feedback and testing. It doesn't help to complain without elaborating on the reason itself.

By "Founders Guild" i assume you mean to be part of the early game development where your testing and feedback has an impact before it's fully released.

Posts and likes shall have nothing to do with this, because it doesn't fall into everyone's enjoyment to post random shit and memes for likes and post count.

Given that it is roughly 3000 people that has access to the Alpha. Let alone the hundreds that are active on the forums.

I guess it's just your own opinion in the end, but it would help to know what you dislike than just saying it's worse. Keep in mind that the majority haven't even played Slasher.

But if it's real transparency they are going for, even if mistakes has been made or not, they should post these kind of information/updates in a sticky thread, that reaches out to everyone.

To be honest, i didn't back this game to be searching/browsering random forum threads for useful information about how the development is going.

This is what we've been doing. Testing different server providers, testing different tickrates. Testing how the servers behave with 16 real players and how they behave with 64 bots. We also found a major bug which is now fixed. Should this have been done long ago? Sure, but it's not that easy. Regarding the test itself, lets just say it went smooth and its looking very promising. Much better than some of us expected, so we're excited to finally give it into your hands.

As for the testers, we needed trustworthy testers quickly, so old friends (some even pre-slasher days) came to mind first. We know some of you guys might not like this, but anything else would have taken too long at this point. As for your problems with GIRU, thats between you and him, not us. I would be surprised if you could name me one competitive minded player that didn't get toxic/whiny about another player at some point. Regarding the competitive community, I'm not sure what you are expecting. It is a competitive melee slasher, a lot of the old competitive Chivalry players will come back, it's just how it is. It is a fresh start however, and will hopefully work out better this time.

I don't think you guys would really want a community manager. It would mostly be a buffer. We guys like talking to you directly. You guys want more transparency, we will acknowledge your complaints and try to improve in the future.

And yes, that is a painted sallet in the background of the screenshot.

Why are we forced to read through 7 pages of a suspicious/rumor hunting thread to find this transparency information?

I don't mind the pre-alpha testers, and what's been said/happend or not. But this information should be sticky and a thread alone.
