Weapon range is wrong. I've enabled the tracers and noticed that the weapon goes through things without hitting them. It doesn't feels right to have to facehug someome using long weapons like the halberd,zweihander,etc. You should be able to take advantage of the distance since long weapons are slow and not very useful at close range.

The same happens with shields and armour and the character's head when they are in the back.

Shields hitboxes need to be more accurate. When you hit the legs of the opponent when the shield is up it's like if they were covered. If they fixed that shields would be less OP imho.

Sometimes when someone dies their body disappears instantly. If someone has low hp and I hit him,he dies but there is no body/ragdoll at all. His weapon just drops to the ground.

It would be nice if there is an animation when you kick someone. Because atm when you kick someone they just stand still and do nothing for a couple of seconds.

I have a 270x. I had some problems in the menu the first time I launched the game but that was the only problem. Try to disable some video settings or something,maybe that works.

When I partially cut off a head it tends to go "inside" the body and looks really weird.

GIRU and Jax said the game was okay tho. They don't have excuses to delay it again. They even could've released it by now since steam integration is fine now,wasn't that the major problem? I don't care about some map texture or UI bugs,it's alpha.
