It still felt nicer to play.
I wish they introduced another way to make T1 relevant in some way. For example, picking T1 chest would negate some or all T2/T3 helmet speed decrease?

The most fun I've had with this game is when T2 chest was feather weight.
It was nice to be able to tank a hit or two without being a slow juggernaut. I wish they never changed that.

A good game should have all content being viable

Every piece of content isn't healthy for the game.
Truth is, a true competitive melee game should never have shields with held block in it.
Shield do not exist for gameplay reasons, they exist for immersion reasons. This is a medieval game, so we HAVE TO have shields. But let's not pretend shield players didn't have an easier time than those who didn't use one.

Because stab weapons are not healthy parts of the game and need bigger drawbacks in exchange for the ability to spam mouse wheel up all the time.

I want to make ALL weapons break spears.
But the reasoning behind it is more easily explained when using those specific weapons as examples.

Maybe if you swing a gigantic war axe, zweihander or eveningstar at a long wooden stick, it should break eventually.

Popular opinion: held block is for people who are bad at the game and don't want to improve, yet feel entitled to perform as well as people who actually committed to learning parry timings.

They have an objective-based battleground featuring a Coliseum in GW2, I could see that adapted to Mordhau. Or maybe just introduce a new game mode, "bloodbath", with the sole purpose of just smashing people left and right until everyone's dead.

Greetings, fellow players.
I thought it could be interesting to share our ideas of places where would like to fight, ideas of landscapes, battlegrounds and castles we'd like to spill blood upon.
You can suggest vague landscapes that look nice and atmospheric, or be more specific and submit real world castles or battlefields that are part of History.

I always wanted to fight down a volcano, maybe in the ruins of Pompeii, and seeing the gigantic volcano in the near background. Maybe, for a little flavour, have the ground shake every 5 minutes or so, knocking every player down repeatedly for like 15 secondes, disrupting the fights and creating some havoc.

There's a real world place I've always wanted to see replicated in this game, and it's the "Mont Saint-Michel", in France. It's a "castle-city" type of place that's completely surrounded by water and connected to the land by a huge bridge.
The whole place is magical and I'd be willing to pay an additional $30 for it to make its way into the game:

The last place that comes to my mind will never make it, for obvious reasons. I know the devs really want the game to be realistic and all, and this one just doesn't fit the theme or the era.
Still, I always thought a battle in a typical western landscape with those huge red mountains surging out of the ground would be nice. Fighting over the railroad, with a train passing by every now and then.

Hello!
I thought it could be great if you were able to pick the language of each and everyone of your customized characters, and have them shout their emotes in the chosen language.
It would add a layer of customization to the game and could allow for some immersive roleplay: your knight in Spanish armor would shout in Spanish.
For those who do not wish to be confused by languages they don't know, you could have a "hear voice emotes in English only" box to tick in the options to please everyone.
