Most definitely would be a ton of work, for sure. Hopefully some day someone could. I've never tried my hands at modding tbh, I know there are some skilled ones in the community though.

I believe a brilliant addition to Mordhau would be an open world pvp map, similar to the idea of Elder Scroll Online's PvP of Cyrodiil.
Several Keeps/Castles spread across the map, with resources around them. Keeps/Castles account for a score tick, resources also account for a score tick. In the center of the map should be a Capital Castle and around it in somewhat close proximity, should be other lesser Capital Keeps. But the Capital Castle cannot be captured until the lesser Capital Keeps around it are captured, but once the lesser keeps are captured, then the Capital Castle can be captured. If it is captured, then the side that captures it gets a player named as King. The player with the highest score at that time, would be granted King(This would mean a score leaderboard would also need implemented). That side and the King should get a little score/gold bonus, as long as they retain King. But once the Capital Castle, and surrounding Capital Keeps fall, they then lose King. Player Kills, Castle captures, Keep captures, Resource Captures, and killing a King, should grant an amount of Score and Gold. At the end of the 30 day or 7 day Campaign, there should be End of Campaign Rewards. There are endless options of what these rewards could be. But, if a player is named King, that player should get a "King" title, that displays before their online name- Example "King John Doe" and they would then be able to wear Kings Armor and use Kings Sword. While King, they should get perhaps a little health buff and maybe a damage buff on melee hits. The "King" title itself however should display in its own color though, to show for certain it is the King(Gold Perhaps), so players cannot just change their steam name to it. I believe this would give players a big sandboxy feel, keep them around, and give them a whole lot more to grind for, and all around just enjoy.
Side note: Perhaps a Guild/House system could be implemented as well in-game for this Campaign Mode. Enabling players to join up with a House, and the house name could be its own title as well above the playername. A good Title system would be very cool, earning titles for certain accomplishments in Campaign Mode. Example: say you are a House leader, and you capture a castle. Then you can claim it under your House, and earn the "Lord" title.
Anyways, that's my idea. No game seems to have done this type of pvp to the best, but with Mordhaus combat system, it most certainly could be one of the best games to do it. A lot of work, but it would be extremely cool.

I do agree that this should be a thing. Kickstarter emblems, should still retain "special" emblems though. Everyone wins. I also believe there need to be new banners, perhaps challenge related, or high skill achievement related. Also Ranked banners. When you reach a certain Rank in Ranked play, unlock a banner relating to that rank, to be shown in all game modes at all times. But you can only have the banner as long as you retain that rank. Once you lose that rank, you should lose that banner.

This would add another dynamic layer to combat. All those within a certain radius of the Standard Bearer would get a slight buff to something(Stam, stam regen, movement speed, health, health regen, etc.). It would be an 8-9 point weapon(If its not a "map vehicle/weapon" like horses). Main mode would be holding the standard up, giving the buff. But there would be a spike on the top and in alt mode, it would essentially be like a spear but not near as good.(Slower, less damage, etc.) But it should be long, and perhaps cannot combo. This would give friendlies a reason to defend the Standard Bearer, and approach the cap flag with it, to maintain the buff. When enemies defeat a Standard Bearer, all enemies within a certain radius of the downed standard bearer, should be given a slight buff to last say, 20 seconds. This would give players(Friendly and enemy alike), to defeat and defend standard bearers. There should be a limit of them per team though, maybe 2, like horses. If it is a "Map vehicle/weapon" selectable from spawn map screen, such as horses, then there should be a cooldown time to be able to pick it. This would also give incentive to team mates to move together, and not be all over the map as well. Someone who kills a standard bearer, should also be given a score bonus of some sort.

Ranked will be the largest attracting factor with new players and players rekindling their Mordhau adventure. Casual ranked play is what gives the largest games a very lengthy longevity. CSGO is 20 years old and still the most popular game in the world. That being said, 5v5 ranked is without doubt, what we should be aiming for. Thats what the majority of the comp scene is based on. 5v5 ranked will give players that are just wanting to try competitive an entry into the scene without having to worry about all of the hassle of trying out for teams, being picked up by a team, logistical work, and always having a comp-on-demand game, where they may even be noticed and meet like-minded players whilst playing the main current comp setting. Thats what made R6 Siege explode as well. 5v5 should definitely, absolutely, be a priority as well. Though it all takes time, I understand, I do hope this is something the Devs plan on doing. Any Feedback on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the great work thus far.

ehh Idk about that man. They've mentioned server issues and their attempts to work on them several times. I personally do not have any ping/server issues at all, outside of playing in a region thats far far away from where Im located, which is how ping works on any single game.

You guys are acting like its a high priority only list. its General feedback and suggestions mates. This is only one of a few Ive suggested. Obviously, there are more important things such as content. But, this is a very easy fix. As of now, I don't even wear the tint, its not noticeable in game at all really so it just seems like a waste. Its also one of the last unlocks that people grind for, so it would make sense if it was a little more noticeable. Seems relative to me anyway. If not fix it up a little, then perhaps add another for an even higher level to be unlocked.

I believe we need like a level 100-200 helmet that is also expensive. I think this would be very great to have. Plumes have become really common and I think higher level people need more of a way to stand out now with a good helmet. I was thinking maybe something ornate with wings on the sides, heres a pic just for a rough example. Something like this anyway. I totally agree, Its so hard to tell you're wearing I feel like its kind of a waste. The Level 70 black with gold trim looks better as it stand right now. But if we get the 110 gold changed to stand out more, it would be really awesome.

I've unlocked the level 110 gold armor tint, and its honestly a little hard to tell you're wearing it. My suggestion is simple really, can we make the 110 Gold tint, just a little more pronounced? Just make it more Gold-Like, add some more gold color to it perhaps? I think others have noticed the same thing. A lot of hours went into unlocking it, I think if it was just a little more noticeable it would be really great.

I believe a good emote would be to have the ability to kneel with sword stabbed in the ground and head bowed and have it locked so you stay in the emote until you wish to move. This would be pretty cool. Such emotes could be used after slaying an enemy as a sign of respect or before going against the odds of several opponents. Also, would it be possible to have a locked version of the sword salute? It seems to end far too quickly. I think these two little additions would be awesome. Especially the kneeled sword one. Very true, agreed. I believe a scaled down map or new smaller maps for 5v5 would do and just utilize a version of skirmish(1 life elimination rounds), would be a good way start in the right direction.

Aye Lads! I'm Level 81, and I absolutely believe Mordhau is ready for the stage. Everyone I have spoken with believes it has all of the right elements to be a huge competitive game. We need Ranked 5v5's. After all, that is the team stage setting. The time is now lads, we neeeed this! If this happens, we could very well see Mordhau have Longevity for years and years to come. Mordhau needs to be partnered with ESL. That is the best route hands down. I played competitively on ESL for R6 and it absolutely blew up. The same would happen for Mordhau, no doubt. Its the only game of its kind right now, the time is now.
