I started the game today and ran into the PCD3D-SM4 error. The game ran fine yesterday and last week. I did not update drivers or install any new software that could have caused this.
I've verified integrity of game files, restarted my PC, and tried a variety of solutions online. None have worked.

The way it works right now is cancerous.

I hate realism, but there needs to be penalties like being thrown off your horse when you bump into walls. It enrages me seeing a retards controlling the horse like drunk idiots, and still being hard to punish without a billhook.

When you're just about to corner one and then they turn on a dime and accelerate 0-60 faster than a Tesla. Fun...

Or get whaled on after bumping into a wall but survive because the enemy infantry doesn't have a BH and horse acceleration is ridiculous.
I would make the horse collision hitbox smaller so the timing to hit a horseman isn't ridiculously hard.
Projectile headshots should knock a rider off their horse.
When your horse takes damage, acceleration is reset. This doesn't apply if you're going at full speed, of course.
Give the damage bonus of the rider to enemy infantry too.

Maybe this is too harsh, but horses are braindead and too powerful right now.

I love using the catapults in this game. Is there a guide to how to judge distance with a catapult so that I can stop constantly killing both sides and only hit the enemy instead.
