It would be pretty realistic and kinda gnarly if there was a short animation right when you land a successful stab that simulated the weapon getting stuck in your opponent depending on what kind of weapon it is and how close you were standing to him. I think it would add some balance to the designated stabbing weapons like the spears and rapier. It would apply to swords as well to varying degrees of course.

please no premedieval weapons or armor. We don't need any hoplites running around. This game is cemented in the medieval and renaissance periods,

What's wrong with the pre-medieval/pre-christian eras? They're more interesting in my opinion. I think having barbarians and Romans would be cool.

So? Don't think the devs are going for any specific time period in the medieval ages.

bronze age is 3300-1200 BC
Ancient Egypt, Assyria, Mycene, Minoan Crete, Indus River Valley Civilization etc

Well, I wouldn't put it past the more northern barbarian BC civilizations to carry on the horned helmet trend for centuries. It's not too far fetched for horned helmets to still be around in the 10th to 14th century.

Had no real stance on the argument. Just curious.

I'm talkin' horns, spikes, those long horse tail looking things on the top... I have exclusively viking style loadouts and they all have that same simple round viking helmet. 220px-Bronze_Age_Helmets,_Nationalmuseet_Copenhagen.jpg

If female characters HAD to be in the game so bad, they should have been done before release.

I want to make a clan or guild of like free fighters but i'm not exactly the best at leading. I mean, I could, but I'd rather share the leadership with a few people. This would be like a gathering of players from all skill levels, where we would spar and mentor/apprentice each other and gain experience from each other. We could also be a competitive clan and coordinate in battle.

Haven't come up with a name, I was thinking "The Nomads" or something like that, but I'd like to gather a small group of people to agree on a name.

Basically, I'll take new, decent, and veteran players. The only real requirement for joining is having some sense of honor. Meaning no over the top offensive behavior. A little joke here and there is all right. Have a thick skin also.

I'm not very sensitive and I'm not asking for a safe space. I'm not very wholesome myself. I'd just hate to see this game get dragged down by a few fools.
