How about a perk that replaces your legs with swords. Your movement speed is reduced and you can’t jump but your kick deals more damage and can’t be countered with another kick

EDIT: also your legs are invincible but they fly off if you reach zero stamina

Alive ragdolls and dead ragdolls are different things. What shows a decapitation to someone might not show a decapitation to everyone on the server. I assume.

I'm not sure how the game determines live ragdolls versus dead ragdolls. You're right that the dead ones, at least, are client side. But the scenarios I described will ragdoll you even if you're still alive (your character will go into a standing animation and get back up after a couple seconds).

I'm definitely on board with the ragdoll-on-command perk. One of the most fun features in GTA V, it'd be hilarious here, even if it doesn't necessarily "do" anything (though having it trip people or something would be fun).

I like boner's funny landing perk but, rather than instakill, it should do proportional damage by fall height + ragdoll upon significant enough impact to the victim. Kind of like TF2 Soldier Mantreads where you really need height for it to have impact. Fun meme potential with Cat perk as a safety net if you miss your fall.

Whether perk, loadout item, or world pickup only, I really do hope outrageous things like the spirit of boner's Lifestealer ulti Trojan horse come into play. Things like a portable barrel you can hide in, with legs sticking out only when you walk around. Silly Metal Gear Solid levels of sandboxiness that can cleverly be useful in objective play.

Agreed on both parts. I don't know that either of those will ever be added, but they'd be hilarious. Better yet, combine the goomba stomp perk with the ragdoll perk and fling yourself off high walls, attempting to belly flop people to death.

Feign Death - Ragdoll on command (you do NOT gain the ragdoll armor, however). This replaces the suicide button. Pressing suicide button while ragdolled results in actual suicide. Press any other action to recover from ragdoll.

Also here are some stupid perk ideas
[3] Aerialist - Can perform a jump-kick as long as you're not wearing any heavy armor.
[2] Hurler - Any weapon can be thrown.
[2] Gaucho - Mount horses faster, and can demount at any speed: user is sent into a ragdoll tumble.
3 - play dead - only recover from ragdoll once you press a key
4 - leg day - completely destroy doors and other destructibles with one kick
I want some kinda kick perk so i can kick people in and off things Dark Messiah style

Seriously tho, i would like to see all of the peasant weapons with alternate modes. I guess thats just a matter of time since some of them do have alternate modes. I really like the fact that many of those weapons are actually somewhat viable. I love the rake and the fork lol.

Agreed 100%. Like, they're not completely joke weapons - they're not great, and obviously you're ultimately better off using "real" weapons. But you can totally fight with them.

Also agreed about giving them alt modes. Honestly I think most of them would look fine as throwables (particularly the pitchforks and shovels), though given the lack of twohanded throwables, I imagine at best they'd just get choked up on. The pickaxe and sledgehammer could be flipped around, though I guess in those cases it'd be purely for flourish since they're pretty symmetrical. Or, they could go full meme and give the sledge the Maul's throwing animation.

I'm SO HAPPY the peasant perk exists! I hope it extends to other environmental weapons when those get added, like chairs and mugs.

There is a perk that lets you choose from any of them but ur limited to light or no armor it's called peasant perk I think

Ooh, glad to hear perks are still a thing. I'm still hoping for a perk that starts you off with a random environmental weapon (i.e. you might spawn with a shovel one life, a pitchfork the next, etc.).

In game, on the armory, it says 2h throw. It might just be a placeholder tho.

It'd be hilarious to throw it (albeit it's currently listed with insanely high throwing damage which I imagine would be nerfed significantly), but I suspect it'll get a mordhau grip.

Personally, weapons I'd like to see more of are the environmental/joke weapons. I understand, though, that they probably don't want to clog up the selection screen with a bunch of memes. So what I would LOVE is a perk (if, indeed, perks are still going to be a thing) that makes you start off with a random environmental weapon. One life you might spawn with a pitchfork, the next a rusty shortsword, and so on.

Oh my god you can just straight up equip the wooden mallet and rocks now I love you. I hope more environmental weapons get added to the equip list for shits and giggles. I think this patch will be the push I need to play this game again.
