It's just a collage of stealing scenes from the original movies and making them shitter for "omg it's just like the scene in (insert any of the originals)!!. That's called being lazy and does not make you smart or show respect to the originals as they are just so numerous and obvious.

Luke was not Luke and they could tease a Saber fight with Kylo but not deliver it, fucking pls. I also cannot believe that Luke somehow turns into a Force ghost or whatever the same way as Yoda, as the same fucking day he is being lectured by Yoda still.

Leia should have died as there was absolutely no reason to give her bullshit superman powers to save herself when the actress is dead anyway.

Fin should have died so I can actually maybe have given half a fuck about his character but nope we can't have the SJW crew die, just the oldies lingering from the Era of the better films. Gotta force that black Asian romance with absolutely no actor chemistry or attention given to their story.

Rey just continues to be a bullshit Mary Sue overwriting all the training every Jedi and Sith ever had to do to get to where they were skill wise. Continues to be a boring one dimensional character who uses one slightly pissed off facial expression.

The constant comedic relief scenes just made me more mad like they were saying to me "hey look, we're ruining a whole popular franchise right before your eyes and there's nothing you can do about it, isn't that funny?!!" No FUCK you house of mouse it's not fucking funny.

They killed Snoke after hyping him up to be some big bad ass with some connection to the past or at least the old ways of the Jedi and Sith. We have no clue who he is or why he was bothered to be introduced if he was just a big ruse to further Kylos retarded storyline.

The whole movie is a fucking mess that seems like it was made by children with downsydrome who watched all the movies once and wrote their own fantasy script with the aid of a single adult trying to make it slightly coherent in places. Setting up for a rather boring episode 9 that I am not going to even watch because who the fuck cares about Rey and Fin when they've had so little effort put into their characters.

It's not an irrelevant skill just because it might be a disadvantage in team fights? I think most people aren't going to try it when they're in close quarters to multiple people. It's just a skill used at specific times and situations. Most stupid statement tbh, it's a duel thing and duels in chiv was where you could do stuff you couldn't in a teamfight. That also applies here.

I can only consistently chamber lmbs and stabs with the occasional undercut if I use binds for it and it's not instant. Waiting on the animations tbh.

I think the issue was your wording lol, saying it's not skilled UNLESS you can force them, which plenty of us can. Sort of makes everything after that sound abit moot. Just part of the skill ceiling people are either refusing to accept or just can't accept.

I'm glad Trix showed me how to force them and practiced with me, my playstyle would have stayed stagnant and boring otherwise. Like the people trying to play it like chiv with the feint and lookdown instant punish behaviour.

I think spectacle mechanics are important tbh. People can and do force clashes though and they happen more and more often as you get better at footwork and reading other players. There is more to clashing than just spamming, it takes footwork and angle management as well as accelerating your swing to match their speed. With a bigger weapon you have to back off abit as simple as that and you can win against the faster weapon if you're good. I get what you're trying to do by making more of the mechanic but i just don't think it's something that needs to be made into a numbers game currently. They look cool, they can be used to gain footing in a fight or save you from a feint if you footwork and swing correctly (replacement of a double parry). It all seems good to me. Unless the stamina values you propose were VERY minimal but still enough to incentivise heavy weapon players to keep the pressure on. I like them not taking stamina though as chambering doesn't happen often at all besides stabs and clashes are that extra way to extend a fight beyond oh look hes stammed out because of my big wep, time to kill. Or the disarmed person just running away.

I just view clashes as another way to extend truly skilled players fights, the clashes won't last forever but seeing them get really close and fast and still not getting hit is an amazing site to behold. Adding stamina to that is just weird since a whole fight happens outside of those clash exchanges that uses all your stamina anyway, and it's meant to be a neutral exchange with them trying to squeeze a hit on one another. It's a good balance currently and they can be used as a tool so I don't see why it's necessary.

On a different note, does anyone miss seeing the walls towering over Pit and the map in general seeming to be near civilisation rather than just a random Pit in the middle of nowhere?

Aren't they going to be reimplemented at a later date and still affect progression though? Trying to 'tweak the experience' rather than just remove it like people actually want. As I see it they won't redesign it from the ground up, just add the same system back in with some tweaks at a later date when all the noise dies down. The only way I see this affecting EA is the trust in future releases since this one was so controversial. It's a start at least.
