How real medieval combat looked like? - a little bit of history stuff

Im interested to see or at least imagine, how those duels and medieval battles truly looked like. There seem to be only uncertain assumptions based on manuscripts and paintings and lot of misconception from tv and movies. I bet a lot of players of this game are also fans of medieval period, amateur historians or maybe fans of medieval combat arts, so i want to ask, if we can share some favourite books, movies, youtube videos, articles and documentaries that throw some light on how real medieval combat looked like.

I will start with this video https://youtu.be/1S_Q3CGqZmg of what seems to be some austrian medieval martial enthusiast showing techniques from 15th century documents about armoured fencing from Germany - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gladiatoria

From movies i can remember mostly Kingdom of Heaven and Braveheart, but i wouldnt call them anywhere realistic. Game of Thrones has a lot of nice dancing with swords, which seem very believable:

As for GoT (and most tv shows, movies and videogames) do horribly or just poorly at portraying actual armed combat. You can search on youtube a lot of footage from HEMA sparring for example and you will see that it's radically different.
Most of the time fights in media are used to tell a story, so it's fine if complete practicity is not achieved, after all a super realistic fight is boring for a layman. What's not excusable is when characters do stupid shit like for example the lattest GoT episode with that big battle against the walkers, which was horrid from a strategic point of view.

Oh right, i also have to put this one, his videos about medieval life are especially awesome: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMjlDOf0UO9wSijFqPE9wBw
